This business is a comprehensive sports and wellness hub, offering a wide range of activities and classes. The quality of the services and facilities is good, with a variety of amenities such as toilets and a well-organized system for booking classes. However, some users have experienced issues with the app's performance and navigation. The pricing is relatively high, but some users find it worth the cost for the convenience and variety of options. The innovativeness of the business is notable, with a unique approach to offering a flat-rate sports subscription with flexible and varied options. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as resolving issues with customer service and improving the user experience of the app. Some users have reported positive experiences with the classes and instructors, citing their enthusiasm and motivation. Others have appreciated the flexibility of the app and the ability to choose from a wide range of activities. However, some users have encountered issues with the app's performance, such as slow loading times and difficulty navigating the interface. There have also been some reports of miscommunication and difficulties with customer service.Overall, this business has a good reputation and offers a unique and valuable service to its users. However, there are some areas for improvement, and users should be aware of potential issues with the app and customer service before signing up.
