This sports complex has both good and bad sides. The facility is well-equipped with multiple amenities, including a large pool, various sports courts, and a fitness center. The atmosphere is also suitable for families, making it a great place for people of all ages to gather and engage in physical activities. Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks to using the complex. The staff's attitude towards customers is a significant issue. Several users reported being treated rudely or with disdain by the reception staff, which is unacceptable for a public facility. This problem can be quite discouraging for people who want to use the complex's services. Some users also mentioned that the complex's systems and facilities need more maintenance and attention, which could be improved. However, the overall quality of the facilities is still relatively high.Regarding pricing, the complex seems to be reasonably priced, considering the variety of amenities it offers. This might make it more appealing to potential users. As for innovativeness, the complex is not particularly innovative in terms of its services or facilities, sticking mostly to traditional sports and fitness options. However, this might be due to its role as a public sports complex, which may prioritize accessibility over novelty. In summary, while the complex has its strengths and weaknesses, the staff's attitude and the need for better maintenance are significant issues that need to be addressed.
