The Cooperativa Ntra. Sra. de la Soledad is a cooperative winery founded in 1964, specializing in the production, bottling, and packaging of wines under the I.G.P. “Wines of the Land of Castile”. Our history was born from the union of local viticulturists and winemakers with centuries of experience, who founded the first cooperative in Fuensalida, making it one of the pioneers in the northern zone of Toledo.From the vineyards of our partners we obtain Garnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cencibel grapes, with which we produce a wide range of wines: red and rosé, young and aged... designed for all types of palates.
