The online store and BM app make it easy to manage accounts and access promotions and discounts. The store's accessibility features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it a welcoming place for all customers. However, some customers have reported issues with long queues and a lack of staff at checkout, which can be frustrating for those in a hurry.Overall, BM Supermercados is a solid choice for those looking for a convenient and high-quality shopping experience. While some customers have reported issues with pricing and service, the store's commitment to quality and local products makes it a great option for those in the area. Some customers have noted that the store can be a bit pricey, but the quality of the products and the personalized attention make it worth the extra cost. However, one customer reported an issue with the checkout process, citing a long wait and a lack of staff to assist with payment.Despite this issue, the store's positive aspects, such as its wide selection of products and friendly staff, outweigh the negative.
