You Parking Spain is a reliable and convenient parking option for both locals and visitors to Madrid. The parking lot is conveniently located near Barajas Airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The facility offers covered and outdoor parking, as well as long-term parking options, making it suitable for various needs. The quality of the service is generally good, with most customers praising the punctuality and helpfulness of the staff. However, there have been some instances of poor communication, as evident from one customer's review. The staff's ability to resolve issues and provide good customer service is commendable.Prices are competitive, making it an affordable option for customers. The facility's innovativeness is also notable, as it offers a range of services, including NFC mobile payments, debit card, and credit card payments. The parking lot is also wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. One issue that stands out is the difficulty some customers have experienced in receiving their invoices. This has led to frustration and a negative experience for some customers. Despite this, the majority of customers have been satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others.
