This review is for a small restaurant located in a market hall in Madrid. It offers a unique dining experience with a tiny counter where customers can watch the chefs prepare their meals. The restaurant serves sushi, sashimi, and ramen noodle soups, with vegan variations available. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its great cocktails. The owners take pride in using high-quality ingredients and preparing each dish with care. The menu is extensive, with many options to choose from, including gyozas, chirashi, and futomaki. The service is usually excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. However, there have been instances where customers have had to wait a short while for their food, and some have found the service to be a bit slow. The atmosphere is trendy and cozy, with a modern decor that adds to the overall ambiance. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and there are high chairs available for families with young children. The parking options are limited, but there is a paid parking lot nearby. The restaurant accepts NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner. Some customers have noted that the prices are a bit steep, but the quality of the food and the experience justify the cost. However, there have been instances where customers have felt that the service was not up to par, and the prices did not match the quality of the food.Overall, this restaurant is a great option for those looking for a unique dining experience in Madrid. While there have been some issues with service and pricing, the quality of the food and the atmosphere make it a worthwhile visit. The major issue with this restaurant is the inconsistency in the service. Some customers have had excellent experiences with the staff, while others have found them to be slow or unfriendly. This inconsistency can make it difficult for customers to know what to expect, and it may deter some from visiting in the future. One way that the restaurant could improve is by implementing a more consistent service standard. This could include training staff to be more attentive and friendly, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. By doing so, the restaurant can provide a more positive experience for customers and increase the likelihood of repeat visits.
