Yakitoro is a space inspired by the traditional Japanese yakitori tavern. We give it a Spanish touch and interpret it in our own way, so that everything is very close and very ours.Traditional yakitori is a skewer or pincho with chicken, very popular in Japan, cooked directly and on charcoal on a grill. In Yakitoro, we cook skewers with modernity and flair, so they are very appetizing and affordable.As you enter Yakitoro, you will find a bright and airy space, where the tables are arranged around the charcoal grills. The drinks are cooled in the ice pools in the center of the tables. At Yakitoro, everything happens around the customer, the fire, and the ice.
