This location is generally a good place to buy and maintain vehicles. The staff is professional and friendly. They have a wide range of products and services, including spare parts, workshop services, and accessories. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the products, with one customer experiencing a faulty quad and another having to wait several weeks for a replacement part. Some customers have praised the staff for their good customer service, including one customer who reported that the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. However, one customer had a negative experience with the staff, reporting that they were unresponsive to their concerns. One customer reported a issue with the vehicle's manual not being included, but the staff offered to provide instructions and support over the phone. Some customers have also reported that the workshop services are good, with one customer reporting that they were able to get their vehicle repaired quickly and efficiently. However, another customer reported that they had to wait several months for their vehicle to be repaired.Overall, this location seems to be a good option for those looking to buy and maintain vehicles, but there are some areas for improvement. One notable issue is that the staff do not provide a manual or instructions for the vehicle when it is sold, which can cause confusion for some customers.
