This business location seems to be a well-regarded destination for those seeking high-quality permanent makeup and micropigmentation services. The expert team, led by Valeria, appears to be highly skilled and dedicated to delivering natural-looking results. Many clients have praised the personalized attention, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the treatment process.A few clients have reported issues with parking, although it is clear that the business has made efforts to provide accessible options. One client mentioned a concern with payment, stating that the business takes credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. It's worth noting that this business seems to cater to a diverse client base, including those from the LGBTQ+ community, as it identifies as a women-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly, and transgender-safe space. The amenities, such as the gender-neutral restroom and wheelchair-accessible entrance, further contribute to this inclusive atmosphere. One client experienced a poor outcome, with their eyebrows becoming discolored and requiring multiple laser treatments. The business responded promptly, asking for clarification on the issue and offering to help resolve the problem. However, another client made a public complaint, which the business handled professionally. They initially asked for more information about the client and threatened to sue for defamation if the complaint was not removed.
