Visor Books is a reliable destination for book enthusiasts in Madrid, offering a diverse collection of poetry in Spanish and bilingual books. The store's knowledgeable staff provides attentive and amiable service, making visitors feel welcome and valued. The interior design, although not excessively modern, exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for getting lost in the shelves. The store's poetry collection is particularly noteworthy, with a wide range of titles and a commitment to publishing new and emerging authors. However, some patrons have reported issues with the store's online ordering process, which can lead to frustration and disappointment. Additionally, there have been instances of smoking in the store, which detracts from the overall ambiance and raises concerns about indoor air quality.Despite these issues, Visor Books remains a beloved institution among book lovers, with a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence. The store's commitment to quality, pricing, and innovativeness is evident in its curated selection of titles, its knowledgeable staff, and its dedication to creating a welcoming environment for readers of all ages.A major concern for some visitors has been the store's response to customer complaints, which can be inconsistent and unprofessional at times. In some cases, patrons have reported being ignored or dismissed, leading to a sense of distrust and disillusionment. To improve, Visor Books could focus on streamlining its online ordering process, implementing clearer communication channels, and providing more comprehensive customer support. By addressing these issues and maintaining its commitment to quality, pricing, and innovativeness, the store can continue to thrive as a beloved destination for book enthusiasts in Madrid.
