This location is a great option for pet owners who need to leave their furry friends behind. The Villamascota Hotel is a spacious and natural environment where pets can roam and play safely. The staff is highly attentive and caring, providing a personalized experience for each pet. They offer a range of services, including dog day care, pet boarding, and even spa treatments. The hotel is well-equipped with amenities such as a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a gender-neutral restroom. However, there is one issue that stands out - a negative review from a client who felt that the hotel's services were misrepresented. The client reported that the hotel did not provide the services they advertised, including a spa. However, the hotel has responded to the review, denying the allegations and suggesting that the client may have mistaken the hotel's services. Despite this issue, the overall rating of the hotel is still high, indicating a generally positive experience for most clients.
