Some clients have reported issues with the company's service, stating that the technicians were unprofessional, the installations were not done correctly, and the company was unresponsive to their complaints. One client reported being charged for a visit that was not necessary, and another client reported that the company's technicians damaged their property during the installation.Overall, the business seems to have some strengths, such as its specialization in certain areas and its willingness to provide assistance to clients. However, it also has some weaknesses, such as inconsistent service quality and potential issues with responsiveness. One major issue that has been reported by several clients is the lack of professionalism and courtesy from some of the company's technicians. The company should take steps to address this issue and ensure that all of its technicians are providing high-quality service to its clients. It's worth noting that the company has received an average rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars from third-party sources, which suggests that it has some room for improvement. However, it's also worth noting that the company has received many positive reviews and has a good reputation among some of its clients.
