This store seems to be a gem for retro gaming enthusiasts, with a wide variety of consoles and games available. The store is well-stocked with a range of systems, including NES, Master System, PSX, PS2, PS3, PS4, Super Nintendo, Mega Drive, GameCube, Game Boy, Xbox, and Atari, among others. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is open to exchanging or buying back games and consoles that customers no longer use. However, the store has received some negative reviews, with some customers complaining about the high prices and poor quality of the products on sale. One customer reported buying a Dreamcast game that didn't work, and the store owner was unwilling to offer a refund or replacement. Another customer reported buying a game that was a reproduction, rather than an original, and the store owner was uncooperative when they tried to return it.Some customers have also reported issues with the store's business practices, including not providing receipts or invoices for purchases, and not honoring promises to refund or exchange products.Despite these issues, the store has also received some positive reviews, with customers praising its wide selection of retro games and consoles, and the friendly service from the staff.Overall, this store seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers having positive experiences and others having negative ones. While it has some potential as a go-to destination for retro gaming enthusiasts, it also needs to work on addressing some of the issues that have been raised by customers. It's worth noting that the store's social media presence is on Facebook, and the address is Building 15, C. de la Fe Street, Madrid City. The store is open to NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, and offers quick visit planning and in-store pickup options.
