The place is well-equipped and offers good service. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They have a system for tracking the availability of donors, which is a good feature. Unfortunately, it's not always easy to donate because of the limited hours. Sometimes, it's hard to find someone to help you, even when you're there within the designated hours. You have to check the availability of the staff before going, which can be frustrating. It would be great if they could be more flexible with their hours, especially on weekends when more people might be available to donate.
