The Unicaja Banco location in Leganés City has a disappointing overall experience. The quality of service is extremely poor, with most clients expressing frustration with the staff's behavior and unhelpfulness. The women working at the reception desk are frequently mentioned as being rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to help. Many clients have had issues with getting their calls answered, and some have even reported being disconnected. The bank's online services are also not user-friendly, making it difficult for clients to perform certain tasks. The working hours are limited, and the bank is not open on weekends, which can be inconvenient for some clients. The building itself has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, but this is not enough to make up for the lack of quality service. The phone number for this location is +34914987144, and the website link is https://www.unicajabanco.es/es/mapa-de-oficinas-y-cajeros. However, these resources are not reliable, as many clients have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the bank.Overall, this Unicaja Banco location is not recommended due to its poor service quality. The staff's behavior and unhelpfulness make it difficult for clients to get their issues resolved, and the online services are not user-friendly.
