I had the chance to visit this business location at Building 18, C. del Barquillo Street in Madrid City. Overall, I was impressed with the level of service provided by Limpezza Profesionnal De Cristales. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, with a keen eye for detail when it comes to cleaning windows. I noticed that the team is well-organized and punctual, with a clear understanding of what needs to be done to get the job done efficiently. The cleaning products used are of high quality and effective, leaving the windows sparkling clean and streak-free. The pricing of the services seems reasonable, considering the quality of work provided. The business has a clear understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction, and it shows in the way they approach their work. One thing that stands out is the level of personal touch the staff provides. They take the time to understand the customer's needs and preferences, and go the extra mile to ensure that the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. It is worth mentioning that the business has a very flexible schedule, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This is a big plus, especially for those who have busy schedules and need to have their windows cleaned at a specific time. However, I would suggest that the business could consider offering more flexible payment options to customers. This could include online payments or other forms of digital payment, to make it easier for customers to pay for their services.Overall, I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of window cleaning services. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient, and the quality of work is exceptional. With a few tweaks to the payment options, this business would be nearly flawless.
