This location offers a wide range of options for accommodation in the heart of the Historic Center of Toledo. The apartments are well-equipped and suitable for various types of visitors, including those with young children. The staff is generally helpful and responsive. However, there have been some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of some apartments, as well as some inconsistencies in the provided amenities. The location is ideal for exploring the city, but the access to the apartments can be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. The apartments are well-located, but some have issues with the HVAC system and the availability of Wi-Fi.One major issue to be aware of is the potential for delayed or incomplete maintenance and the inconsistent cleanliness of some apartments. In some cases, the staff has been accused of being unhelpful or unprofessional, which can be frustrating for visitors. However, this seems to be the exception rather than the rule, and many visitors have reported positive experiences with the staff.Overall, this location is a good option for those looking for a central location in Toledo, but visitors should be prepared for some potential issues with the maintenance and cleanliness of the apartments.
