This pet grooming business located in Madrid City has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its customers. They have been praised for their exceptional quality of service, with many customers expressing their satisfaction with the attention and care given to their pets. The staff is described as friendly, patient, and skilled, with a deep understanding of the needs of different breeds and temperaments. The business is led by Jorge Magnífico, a professional canine stylist with international studies and years of experience. The cleanliness and organization of the facility are also notable, with many customers commenting on the pleasant atmosphere and comfort of the waiting area. One potential drawback is the lack of transparency regarding pricing, which has left some customers uncertain about the costs involved. Overall, this business appears to be a trustworthy and reliable choice for pet owners seeking high-quality grooming services. However, it's worth noting that one customer mentioned having some issues with their pet's grooming, although it was not specified what these issues were.
