We are Boxing School[1;32m[22m, learn to box while achieving your goals[4m[34m💀[22m (weight loss, cardiovascular resistance, agility, coordination and strength) always adapt the sessions to each level. We have contactless classes and contact classes, we are not fitboxing [4m[31m💆[22m.The classes are 1h long[1;33m[22m and during the session you will work in pairs, punching the bag, individual work and a physical part to perform a complete training[1;32m[22m.You have the option to enjoy a trial session to get to know the coach and the working environment, in case you do not have material we will leave you the gloves[1;32m[22m. Once you are enrolled, you will need gloves, bandages and a jump rope (We have material for sale)[22m
