This company seems to be a reliable option for various home repairs. The employees are well-trained and efficient, with some even going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, some customers have reported issues with certain technicians being dishonest about the work needed and trying to scam them. The quality of the services provided is generally high, with many customers expressing their satisfaction with the results. However, there have been a few instances where the work was not done correctly or took longer than expected. The prices are generally reasonable and competitive, which is likely one of the reasons why many customers have chosen to use this company. However, some customers have reported being charged extra for services that were not agreed upon beforehand. The company appears to be innovative in its approach, with a focus on using the latest technology and techniques to get the job done efficiently. However, some customers have reported feeling pressure to make a decision quickly, which can be overwhelming. One major issue that has been reported by several customers is dishonesty and scamming. Some technicians have been accused of trying to upsell unnecessary services or charging for work that was not done. This has led to a loss of trust among some customers and has affected the overall reputation of the company.Overall, this company has its strengths and weaknesses. While it can be a reliable option for some home repairs, it's essential to be cautious and do your research before hiring them. Make sure to read reviews, ask for references, and clarify any costs or services before agreeing to anything.
