This location is a well-established luggage store that offers a wide range of high-quality products from various brands. The staff is known for their excellent customer service, being patient and helpful in finding the right luggage for each customer. However, there have been some instances where the staff's communication skills were not up to par, with some customers feeling that they were not listened to or were not provided with clear information. Despite this, the store has a reputation for being reliable and efficient, with some customers having had their luggage issues resolved quickly and effectively. The store's location is also a plus, being easily accessible and well-connected to other parts of the city. The prices are generally reasonable, although some customers have found them to be a bit steep for certain items. Overall, this location is a good choice for those looking for a reliable and customer-focused luggage store. One issue that has been noted is that some customers have experienced problems with the store's communication, with some staff members being unclear or unhelpful. This is something that the store could work on to improve their overall service.
