This workshop is dedicated to everything in the world of cars, and it's located in Building 7 on C. Amador Valdés Street in Madrid City. The business is open 24/7, and they offer a wide range of services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and car washes. The staff is friendly and professional, and they are happy to provide advice and recommendations. Many customers have reported positive experiences with the workshop, praising the staff's professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. One customer mentioned that the owner, Javier, was able to resolve a problem with their car quickly and efficiently, and provided useful advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Another customer appreciated the workshop's willingness to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends. However, some customers have reported negative experiences, including a case of alleged scams and poor customer service. One customer reported that they were contacted by a person claiming to work at the workshop, who attempted to scam them out of money by selling them a faulty part. Another customer was unhappy with the way their complaint was handled, feeling that they were treated poorly and that the workshop was unwilling to make things right.Overall, it seems that the workshop has a good reputation for providing quality services, but there are some concerns about customer service and potential scams. As with any business, it's essential to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a decision.
