The business is located in the Westfield Parquesur Shopping Center in Leganés City and offers a wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children. The store is accessible for customers with disabilities, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many customers praising their excellent service. However, some customers have reported issues with the store's policies, such as a minimum purchase requirement for certain payment methods, and difficulties in returning or exchanging items. The store's online shopping experience is also worth mentioning, with some customers reporting issues with the website's navigation and the difficulty of finding certain items. On the other hand, the store's online shopping platform offers a wide range of products and allows customers to purchase items from the comfort of their own homes.Overall, the store's strengths lie in its wide range of products, friendly staff, and convenient location. However, it could improve its online shopping experience and clarity of store policies to better serve its customers. One notable issue that has been reported by some customers is the high-pressure sales tactics used by some staff members, which can make customers feel uncomfortable or even deceived. This issue should be addressed by the store to ensure that customers feel valued and respected. It's worth noting that the store's rating is generally high, with many customers praising its excellent service and wide range of products. However, the issues reported by some customers should be taken seriously and addressed to ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
