4.3

Splitmania is a well-established company located in Guadalajara City, providing a wide range of products and services for air conditioning, renewable energies, electrical materials, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems. The company's dedication to professional installers is evident in its unique and exclusive approach. With a rating of 4.4 on third-party ratings, Splitmania seems to be well-regarded by customers. However, there are some issues that might affect the overall experience. The company has a wide range of services, including air conditioning store, HVAC contractor, home aircon repair, car service, and solar energy system service. The staff is professional, as evident from the many positive reviews. Many customers praise the company's good prices and personalized service.Unfortunately, not all customers have had a positive experience. Some have reported issues with the company's professionalism, citing instances of poor communication, high prices, and unsatisfactory service. One customer even reported being sold a lower-quality product than they had requested, with the company refusing to make changes.Despite these issues, Splitmania's commitment to customer satisfaction and its wide range of services make it a good option for those looking for a reliable air conditioning and renewable energy provider. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential issues and to carefully review the company's policies and services before making a decision.Overall, Splitmania's reputation is mostly positive, but its professionalism and communication skills need improvement. With some adjustments, the company could provide an even better experience for its customers.
