This furniture store has a solid reputation, but there are some areas for improvement. The prices are very competitive, which is a major plus. However, the quality of the products could be better, as some customers have reported issues with their purchases. The store seems to be innovating and offering a wide range of products, including mannequins, display cases, and store equipment. The customer service is a mixed bag, with some customers raving about the helpful and attentive staff, while others have reported difficulties in getting help when they needed it. The store's website and online presence are not very user-friendly, making it hard for customers to navigate and find what they're looking for.The store's hours of operation are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. However, the lack of availability on Saturdays may be a drawback for some customers. The store's location in Fuenlabrada City is easily accessible, with wheelchair-friendly facilities and parking options available. Some customers have reported issues with the quality of the products, including defective items and slow delivery times. However, the store seems to be taking steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.Overall, this furniture store has a lot of potential, but it needs to work on improving the quality of its products and customer service to match its competitive pricing and innovative offerings.
