This location has a disappointing overall experience. The quality of service is severely lacking, with numerous complaints about unhelpful and unfriendly staff. It seems that the staff is more interested in attending to their own needs rather than helping the citizens. The phone lines are always busy, and online booking options are non-existent. Even in-person visits can be a frustrating experience due to the long wait times and lack of attention from the staff. The pricing of services is not an issue, as there is no clear indication of what services are offered or what the costs are. The innovativeness of the location is also a concern, as it seems that they are not adapting to the changing needs of the citizens and are stuck in outdated ways of doing things. Despite the relatively accessible location, the overall experience is marred by the numerous complaints about the staff and the service. It's a shame that this location is not living up to its potential, and it's unclear what the future holds for this struggling office. Some clients reported a horrible experience with the staff, mentioning that the staff was unfriendly, and the service was not provided. A few clients noted that they had to wait for a long time to get a response from the staff. One client even mentioned that they had to visit the location multiple times to get their issue resolved. The location's inability to adapt to modern technology and the citizens' needs is also a concern.
