This business location is an official SEAT dealership with a long history of over 50 years in the automotive sector. The staff is generally professional and friendly, with some members standing out for their exceptional service, such as Carlos and Jesus. The business offers a wide range of services, including car sales, repair and maintenance, detailing, and parts sales. The location is wheelchair-accessible, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. Some customers have experienced poor service, with long wait times and a lack of communication from the staff. In some cases, the work done on their vehicles was not up to par, with one customer reporting that their car was returned with a broken window and a wheel that was not properly secured. Another customer was unhappy with the price of a full-link service, which they felt was too expensive. The business is open six days a week, with varying hours depending on the day. The staff is available to answer questions and provide assistance via phone and email.Overall, this business location has both positive and negative aspects. While the staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, there are some issues with service and quality that need to be addressed. With some improvements in these areas, this business could become a top-rated location for SEAT enthusiasts.
