DB Schenker is a well-established company in the logistics industry, with a presence in 130 countries and a network of over 1,850 offices. However, the quality of service has been a major issue for many customers. Some have reported delays in deliveries, with packages taking weeks or even months to arrive. Others have experienced difficulties in getting in touch with customer service, with phone calls going unanswered. One of the biggest problems is the lack of professionalism in the delivery process. Some customers have reported that drivers have not even attempted to deliver packages, instead leaving them with "no one available to receive" messages. This has led to frustration and disappointment for many customers. The company's amenities and accessibility features are a plus, with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, as well as a restroom and other facilities available on site. However, these are not enough to make up for the poor service. The company's website and online presence are modern and user-friendly, but the lack of transparency in the delivery process and the lack of communication with customers are major drawbacks. Some customers have reported that they have had to wait for hours or even days to receive their packages, only to be told that they are still processing.Overall, DB Schenker's poor service and lack of professionalism have led to a low overall rating. While the company has its strengths, such as its global reach and network, these are not enough to make up for the many issues that customers have experienced.
