Overview

San Fernando I is a cross-docking warehouse located in the Puerta de Madrid Industrial Polygon in San Fernando de Henares, just 10km from Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas airport and 24km from the center of Madrid and Puerta de Atocha AVE station. It is also well connected to the A-2 highway, M40, M45 and M50. The logistics platform has a surface area of 11,179m² and was built in 2018 following all quality and sustainability standards, and therefore holds the LEED Gold seal. San Fernando I has a free height of 8 meters and is equipped with two-sided docks with 40 truck loading docks, 42 van docks, 11 levelable ramps and one light vehicle ramp.
