The location of this Thai massage shop is in the heart of Madrid, making it a convenient destination for those looking for a unique experience. The shop's authentic Thai massages are a highlight, with individual and couple massages available. However, the quality of the massages can be inconsistent, with some reviewers experiencing unprofessional techniques and a lack of expertise among the therapists. Pricing is generally reasonable, with a wide range of options available. Despite this, the shop's innovativeness is lacking, with a lack of creativity in their massage techniques and limited attention to customer experience. One major issue that stands out is the shop's poor communication and customer service, with many reviewers experiencing difficulty in booking appointments, receiving unresponsive staff, and feeling neglected. These issues detract from the overall experience and make it difficult for customers to fully enjoy their visit. The shop's ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a peaceful atmosphere that is conducive to relaxation. However, the facilities can be a letdown, with some reviewers experiencing dirty bathrooms and poorly maintained equipment. Despite these issues, the shop's location and convenient working hours make it a viable option for those in the area. Some reviewers have had exceptional experiences at the shop, praising the staff's friendliness and the massage therapists' expertise. However, these positive experiences are often outweighed by the negative reviews, which highlight the shop's inconsistencies and lack of attention to customer experience.
