S.A.T Alcarria Baja is a family business located in the municipality of Auñón, in the province of Guadalajara (Spain).We produce ecological virgin olive oil, and from the Denomination of Origin of Alcarria made with olives picked and cultivated in our own olive groves during the day and milled at night until the end of the campaign, which is usually in January or February.These olive groves are located entirely in Auñón, they are centennial olive trees of the "castellana" variety or also called "verdeja", this is an endemic species that can only be found in the Alcarria region.
