Attracted by the cozy and relaxed atmosphere of the typical cider houses in the North of Spain, we opened LA TXITXARRERIA in October 1992.The idea of bringing this traditional atmosphere of the cider houses of the Basque Country to Madrid was very well received by our customers from the very beginning.For us, eating has to be a pleasure and that's why we select and care for all our products from start to finish, from getting rich bread to having cigars in optimal conditions. We've been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, offering the freshest products and always trying to improve.
