The location is a multifaceted establishment that offers various services, including shopping, hotels, and restaurants. It's situated in a convenient location, which is a significant advantage for visitors. The amenities, such as the bar, spa, and hot tub, provide a luxurious experience. The presence of pet-friendly and kid-friendly options makes it an attractive choice for families and pet owners. However, some customers have experienced issues with the noise levels in the rooms and the lack of hot water in the mornings. The food and drink options are diverse, with a wide range of dishes and a great wine list. Some customers have praised the quality of the food and the friendly service. However, there have been instances where customers were not seated due to lack of reservations, which can be frustrating for those who did not plan ahead.
