Repuestos TIC is a trusted mobile repair store in Madrid, offering a wide range of electronic repair services. Their well-stocked store allows customers to receive their repaired devices in a short time, usually within 40 minutes to an hour. The staff is friendly and professional, taking the time to assist customers with their queries. The store's working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and a single afternoon session on Saturdays. However, they are closed on Sundays. One issue to note is the potential for miscommunication regarding product compatibility and return policies. In one instance, a customer received a product that was not as described on the website, and the customer service response was dismissive and unhelpful.Despite this, Repuestos TIC has a generally positive reputation among customers, with many praising their excellent service, fast turnaround times, and competitive pricing. The store's online presence is also strong, with a user-friendly website and helpful customer support. To improve, Repuestos TIC could consider clarifying their product descriptions and return policies to avoid any potential miscommunication. They could also consider implementing a more comprehensive quality control process to ensure that customers receive products that meet their expectations.Overall, Repuestos TIC is a reliable and efficient option for those in need of electronic repair services. With a little attention to detail and customer communication, they could further improve their already excellent reputation.
