Renta 4 is a financial services company that offers a wide range of solutions and investment products. The company has a professional and welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. However, some clients have reported difficulties with accessibility, as the entrance is only wheelchair accessible during certain hours. One of the major issues with this location is the poor communication and service. Some clients have experienced long wait times for responses to important questions, and the director's lack of professionalism and attention to clients has led to a decline in the overall quality of service. Additionally, some clients have reported problems with the reliability of orders and the difficulty in getting help when issues arise. On the other hand, some clients have had excellent experiences with the staff at this location. They have praised the personal and professional attention they received, and have appreciated the expertise and guidance provided by the staff. The company's working hours are standard, with Monday to Friday being open from 09:00 to 19:00. However, it seems that this schedule may not always be followed, as one client reported arriving at 18:20 on a weekday and finding the location closed.Overall, while Renta 4 has its strengths, it needs to work on improving communication and service to meet the needs of its clients.
