Overview

La Dula de las Mesetas is an artisanal farm and cheese dairy located in Olombrada, in the comarca of La Tierra de Pinares, north of Segovia, where we produce cheeses and other dairy products from the milk of our own goat herd.On the farm, we help preserve the Goat of the Mesetas, an indigenous breed of Castile and León at risk of extinction.We care for each stage of the process, from the cultivation of feed for the livestock to the careful maturation of the cheeses.In our catalog, there are creamy goat cheeses, soft and semi-cured, cheese creams, yogurts, and other dairy delicacies, based on fresh milk directly from our goats.Enjoy a natural food, a testament to the dairy tradition of Segovia.
