This business location has a decent overall rating, but the quality of the service and facilities is somewhat lacking. However, the pricing is excellent and the innovativeness of the concept is impressive. The business has a lot of potential, but it needs to focus on improving the quality of its offerings to meet the expectations of its customers. The location is situated in a beautiful natural setting, which is ideal for families with children. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, particularly Gustavo, who is very patient and caring with the children. The food is good, but could be more varied. The facilities, including the pool and spa, are well-maintained and clean. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. The maintenance of the facilities could be better, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear. The menu could be more diverse, and the prices are quite high. Additionally, some guests have reported issues with the booking process, including being charged extra for amenities that were not clearly specified.Despite these issues, the business has a lot of potential and is definitely worth considering for families with children. With some improvements to the quality of the service and facilities, it could become a truly exceptional destination.
