The location of this upscale hotel is a major advantage. Situated in the heart of Madrid, it offers easy access to various tourist attractions and landmarks. The hotel's facilities, including an indoor and rooftop pool, a spa, and a restaurant, provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for guests. The staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome and at ease. However, some guests have mentioned that the quality of the rooms could be improved, with some rooms being a bit small. The hotel's location and amenities make it an excellent choice for those looking for a luxurious stay in Madrid. Unfortunately, the issue of limited bathroom space in some rooms might be a drawback for some guests.
