PCBox is a convenient and accessible location that offers a wide range of services for computer and electronics-related needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with a good understanding of their products and services. However, some customers have reported long waiting times and delays in repairs. The store's online presence is good, with a user-friendly website and helpful customer service. One potential issue is that some customers have reported difficulties in getting help from the staff, especially with more complex problems. Overall, PCBox is a solid choice for those in need of computer and electronics services, but may benefit from improvements in customer service and efficiency.
