This parking lot is a convenient option for those looking to park in the center of Madrid. The location is well-suited for tourists and locals alike, with a wide range of services available, including electric vehicle charging, car wash, and reserved spaces for car sharing and car rental. The parking lot is also wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available. The cleanliness of the parking lot could be improved, with some users noting that the facilities, such as the restrooms, are not well-maintained. However, the overall quality of the services provided is satisfactory, with many users praising the ease of use of the app and the variety of payment options available.Pricing is a mixed bag, with some users noting that the cost is reasonable, while others consider it to be pricey. The availability of discounts and promotions through the app can help to mitigate the cost, but some users may find the prices to be a drawback. One of the standout features of this parking lot is its innovativeness. The use of an app to manage and pay for parking is a convenient and modern approach, and the availability of services such as electric vehicle charging and car wash is a welcome addition for drivers. The one major issue that stands out is the need for improved maintenance of the facilities, including the restrooms and elevators. While the parking lot is generally well-maintained, some users have noted issues with the cleanliness and functionality of certain areas. Addressing these issues would help to improve the overall quality of the parking lot and make it a more appealing option for users.
