The location is a community and government hub with various amenities, including a business center, corporate office, and restaurant. The address is Building 120, Cink Coworking Núñez de Balboa, Calle de Núñez de Balboa Street, Apartment Oficina Parclick, Madrid City. The parking lot is wheelchair-accessible and offers a convenient online booking system with up to 70% off the official price. However, there have been some issues with the service, including a customer being charged extra money with a ridiculous reason, and another customer experiencing a long wait to collect their car.On the positive side, the customer service has been praised for being efficient and responsive, with some customers receiving prompt resolutions to their issues. The parking lot is also praised for its convenient location and competitive pricing. Some customers have experienced problems with their reservations, including being unable to modify their reservation with a new license plate number. However, the company has taken note of these issues and is working to improve the service.Overall, the location is a convenient and affordable option for parking, but some issues with the service need to be addressed. One of the main issues with the service is the lack of flexibility when it comes to modifying reservations. This can be frustrating for customers who need to make last-minute changes. It's worth noting that the company has a good reputation overall, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. However, some customers have had negative experiences, and the company needs to work on addressing these issues to improve the overall quality of service.
