The business Ozono3 located in Building 3, C. Pollensa Street, Las Rozas de Madrid City, is a reliable and efficient cleaning service provider. They specialize in cleaning damages and have over 20 years of experience in the technical and industrial cleaning sector. The staff is professional and courteous, with many clients praising their punctuality and effectiveness. One notable feature is their LGBTQ+ friendly environment, making them a welcoming space for all. The company is also praised for its ability to handle complex and large-scale cleaning projects, such as those resulting from fires or floods. However, there was one instance where a client was not fully satisfied with the service, as some areas were left dirty despite being professionally cleaned. The issue was due to the high temperatures and hollin resulting from the fire, which caused some materials to discolor. Despite this, the company showed a willingness to learn and improve, with the owner responding promptly and offering explanations and apologies.Overall, Ozono3 is a solid choice for anyone in need of professional cleaning services, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. With their experienced staff, efficient processes, and commitment to customer service, they are well-equipped to handle a wide range of cleaning projects, from small household tasks to large-scale industrial cleaning.
