This location offers a wide range of services, making it a comprehensive logistics partner. They cater to various needs, from transporting small items to large shipments, and provide a variety of services, including parcel and pallet delivery, full loads, and industrial logistics. Their staff is generally helpful and efficient, with some clients praising their professionalism and quick delivery times. However, there have been issues with communication, with some clients struggling to contact the company and receive help with their queries. One major concern is the handling of fragile items, with some clients reporting damaged goods due to poor packaging and handling. Another issue is the company's inability to accommodate clients who want to pick up their packages at designated locations, instead requiring them to be delivered to their homes. Despite these issues, many clients have had positive experiences with the company and would recommend it to others. The location itself is wheelchair-accessible, with a clean and well-maintained toilet and a wheelchair-accessible car park. The working hours are standard, with the company open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
