This business location has good overall performance. Quality of the services is a bit lower compared to the rest, possibly due to inconsistent maintenance or poor quality control. The pricing is relatively good, making it a competitive option for customers. The business seems to be quite innovative, always looking for ways to improve and offer new services.Their availability and flexibility are notable. For example, they are open on Saturdays and have a wide range of vehicles available, from 4x4s to refrigerators and storage vans. Their website is easy to navigate, and they offer NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards as payment options. However, one of the issues that stands out is the inconsistent service. Some customers have reported poor experiences, including vehicles in poor condition, incorrect charges, and unhelpful staff. For instance, one customer was given a vehicle with over 400,000 km and a faulty door, while another customer was charged extra for insurance without being informed.Overall, this business location has a lot of potential, but it needs to work on maintaining consistent quality and improving customer service.
