Norauto is a well-equipped location with a wide range of services, including car battery sales, tire sales, and maintenance services. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of work, with one customer's car being left with a broken brake arm and another experiencing a poorly done alignment. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with the management and staff, including a lack of professionalism and a failure to communicate effectively. The location is open 7 days a week and has a variety of amenities, including a toilet and wheelchair-accessible entrance. However, the quality of the services and the staff's professionalism can be inconsistent. It's worth noting that some customers have reported positive experiences, with one customer praising the staff's attentiveness and another complimenting the location's cleanliness. Despite some issues, the location's convenient location and variety of services make it a viable option for customers in the area. The prices seem to be reasonable, although some customers have reported being overcharged. Overall, the experience at Norauto Majadahonda is mixed, and customers may want to exercise caution when choosing this location for their car maintenance needs.
