The business is located in the heart of Madrid City, specifically on Calle de Serrano, a prominent street known for its upscale shopping. The Nike Store Serrano II is a chain retailer that offers a wide range of Nike athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories for adults and kids. Despite its excellent location and variety of products, the store receives mixed reviews from customers. The store's working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00, which is quite convenient for customers. However, the lack of an elevator may be a hindrance for customers with mobility issues. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service they received at the store. Many have reported having to wait for a long time to be attended to, with some even leaving the store without making a purchase. This has led to a negative impact on the store's overall quality rating. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with the store's staff, particularly in terms of their helpfulness and friendliness. The store's LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere and acceptance are also notable positives. In terms of pricing, the store seems to be fairly competitive, with many customers praising the reasonable prices for Nike products. However, some customers have reported issues with returns and refunds, which has affected their overall satisfaction with the store.Overall, while the Nike Store Serrano II has some notable strengths, including its convenient location and wide range of products, its poor service and returns policies have detracted from its overall quality and customer satisfaction.
