The National Museum of Science and Technology of Spain (MUNCYT) is a museum of state ownership attached to the Ministry of Science and Innovation and managed by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).The MUNCYT preserves over 18,000 objects between scientific instruments, technological devices, transportation vehicles, machine tools and industrial tools. From the 16th century to the present day, most of the pieces come from secondary schools and centers, universities and scientific institutions, private collections and donations.
