This furniture store has both good and bad qualities. The quality of the products is generally good, with many customers praising the staff's helpfulness and the variety of furniture on offer. However, there have been some complaints about the quality of certain products, such as a customer who reported that a sofa they purchased had a defect that was not addressed by the store. On the other hand, the pricing is very competitive, with many customers noting that they found good deals on furniture. Unfortunately, the innovativeness of the store is not particularly notable, with many customers commenting that the store's offerings are similar to those of other furniture stores. Some customers have had very positive experiences with the store's staff, such as Bachir, who was praised for his excellent customer service and ability to advise customers on the best products for their needs. However, other customers have reported poor treatment by staff, including one customer who reported being yelled at by a staff member when they tried to return a defective product. The store's location is also a mixed bag. While some customers have noted that the store is easy to find and has plenty of parking, others have reported difficulty finding the store and navigating its layout. Overall, it seems that the store's strengths lie in its pricing and quality, but it needs to work on its innovativeness and customer service. There is one notable issue that has been reported by several customers: the store's handling of returns and refunds. Some customers have reported being told that they need to contact a third-party logistics company to arrange for a return, rather than being able to return the product directly to the store. This has caused frustration for some customers, who feel that the store is not taking responsibility for its products.Despite these issues, many customers have reported being satisfied with their purchases and would recommend the store to others. However, it's worth noting that the store's rating is only 4.1 out of 5 stars on third-party review sites, indicating that not all customers have had positive experiences.
