The location is a Mercedes-Benz dealership with a wide range of services, including repair and maintenance, sales, and original parts. The business is wheelchair-accessible, accepts various payment methods, and has a variety of working hours. However, the location seems to have some issues with client satisfaction. Some clients reported poor customer service, high prices, and incomplete services. One client mentioned that they were overcharged for a routine inspection, while another client reported that the location did not honor their guarantee. Additionally, there have been reports of duplication of concepts, incomplete work, and excessive billing. Despite these issues, some clients praised the location's professionals, quick service, and reasonable prices. Overall, the location's quality and innovativeness scores are lower than expected, while its pricing score is higher. The location has a lot of work to do to improve its customer satisfaction and reputation.
