The business appears to be a reliable car repair service, but some customers have experienced inconsistent quality and poor communication. The prices seem to be competitive, and some customers have praised the staff's professionalism. However, there are concerns about the honesty and accuracy of the repairs, with some customers feeling taken advantage of. Overall, the experience seems to be mixed, with some customers feeling satisfied and others feeling disappointed.
